I have worked Jade for several months and found her engagement & interaction with myself and the family we joint work outstanding.
The family that we are joint working with are particularly complex and at time difficult to engage with however, they all have a very positive relationship with Jade and enjoy all sessions with her. This is always shared with me by the family when I visit the home and it is evident that they action any advise that has been advised by Jade.
When Jade was off for a short period the family were very concerned and worried they would not be seeing her again however, I did reassure them this was not the case. As you can imagine I do work with many families and this voiced concern is a rarity thus shows a positive relationship between them.
Jade has a vast range of knowledge in regards to alternative / therapeutic agencies in and around the Oldham Borough, which she will encourage if she feels appropriate.
Jade has a warm, therapeutic, genuine and humanistic nature towards individuals who need help. In line, it is very clear to me personally, that Jade adopts a systemic mindset within her work plans, interventions and overall approach.
I would like to share that it is very enlightening to work alongside someone who is so passionate about what they do. Furthermore, spending time to plan a day to support an individual in crisis regardless of the fact that they don’t drive and will be creative minded and think out of the box to ensure someone gets support that they require irrespective of how this impacts on herself.
I feel she has the qualities and skills to motivate , educate, empower and support families that need a passionate professional to change their life for the better.
Such a wonderful lady who cares.
