Being There
Being there provides one to one support for people with a diagnosis of a life limiting illness such as cancer, stroke, heart and respiratory disease. Being there has volunteers who will visit a client at home to provide emotional support by active listening and carrying out light duties such as shopping. Being there also has a limited number of drivers who provide support for hospital treatment appointments.
