About the role: GMYN is looking for a new Grants & Trusts Fundraiser to join our team and support our exciting youth charity to apply to a range of trusts/grant giving bodies to generate income.
As an integral part of the Fundraising and Development team, you will work closely with the rest of our team to secure financial income enabling GMYN to meet its income generation targets. The main purpose of the job is to ensure and deliver the co-ordinated and sustainable operation and future development of High Peak CVS as the infrastructure organisation for the voluntary and community sector in the High Peak of Derbyshire.
We have an opportunity for a Community Navigator to join the organisation on a fixed term basis until March 2025. Contract extension possible subject to funding continuation.
The Community CAMHS Navigator will report to the Families in Mind Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting Children and young people with the transition from statutory CAMHS services to community support to aid them in their recovery and to sustain outcomes following completion of work with CAMHS.
