About the roles: We Are Survivors are looking for multiple new staff members to come and join our growing Therapy Teams team.

The organisation has an ambitious strategy to ensure that #NoMaleSurvivorsIsLeftBehind and is looking for several new members of staff to help us achieve this.

The roles available, you will help us to provide key services across Greater Manchester. The therapy team is made of therapists from various modalities to support men and boys to access the services they need.

The roles we are recruiting are to grow this from our central hub wider across Greater Manchester.

We also have a role to support our Outspoken service delivering trauma informed therapy from secure estates.

We also want to recruit Associate Supervisors who can support in providing clinical supervision to our staff.

  • 2 x Full-time Senior Therapists (Community-based), part time will be considered
  • Multiple Trauma Informed Therapist Roles - Various Hours
  • 1 x Part-time (2 days) Trauma Informed Therapist (OUT Spoken)
  • Multiple Clinical Supervisor Roles (Associates)

Contract: Full-time, Part Time
Hours: 37.5 hours (FTE)
Salary: £27,810, £29,870 (WTE)
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
