Thanks to funding from Rochdale Borough Council Public Health, Action Together is offering grants  to help support individuals, families and communities currently experiencing hardship as a result of cost of living increases by providing Winter Warmer Packs.

The One Oldham Fund is a strategic single investment fund that uses pooled resources for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Oldham.

There is funding from several streams available.
