Women's Health Action Group - The Crimson Wave

Come and join us to talk periods, products, female anatomy and sexual health. The Crimson Wave are a non profit on a mission to distribute free period products and deliver inclusive, honest and empowering period education across Greater Manchester & beyond.

The Crimson Wave deliver educational sessions and workshops for Schools, Youth groups, Services, Corporates and anyone else who wants to have open discussions, ask questions and learn how best to support menstruators and provide education for all.

This session has been designed to be engaging, interactive, open and honest to get the conversation started about important issues in a safe and inclusive environment.

Since December 2016, The Crimson Wave have proudly provided free period products to menstruators across Greater Manchester - no questions asked!

They deliver essential, inclusive and challenging education & training programmes that disrupt the systems and tackle the stigma that surrounds menstrual and sexual health.

  • Systems that still make us believe that periods are dirty.
  • Systems that charge for products that are essential to our lives.
  • Systems that make profit from menstruators pain.
  • Systems that have been proven to repeatedly neglect menstruating people.
  • Systems that are riddled with misogyny, racism and inequality.

It’s a BIG FAT NAH from us. We’re not havin’ it.

We look forward to seeing you there!
