Oldham

Pennine Mencap When Life Gives you Lemons - Make Lemonade

2020 has given us a big bag of lemons but all year Pennine Mencap has committed to offer services online. All its services are currently free through Facebook so you can interact with Pennine Mencap and other participants at no cost.

Tuesday 2pm: Go Live Choir - Singing is a great way to improve with mental health it improves our sense of happiness and positivity. Anyone can join in via the Facebook page for the Go Live session.

Thursday 11am: Work Out With Tim - No gym fees and you don't even have to leave the comfort of your own home. Join in via the Facebook page for an hour long work out every week that's designed for all abilities.

Friday 11am: Cook Along Live: Making amazing home cooked food with free ingredients delivered to your door. To receive a free delivery of ingrediants for the Facebook live cook along contact Pennine Mencap on 0161 627 1025. Follow the guided cooking on Facebook GO Live and use the comments section to speak to others or ask questions.

Rochdale

Walk and Talk in the Rochdale Borough - Link4Life 

We are pleased to announce some new dates for our ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions. Walks will be socially distanced, in small numbers and booked on a first come, first served basis.

Tameside

New Life Centre Tameside - Wednesday Breakfast, Thursday Feast 

The centre provides free hot breakfasts, two course hot meals weekly (drop in - with Covid-19 safe environment).
