Arts and Crafts Volunteer

Providing 3x 24 hr supported houses for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. Time commitment; initially 2 hours per week, to be reviewed after a month. To be supervised initially by service wide co pro lead and local lead, then by local lead. Travel expenses will be paid and DBS will be carried out and paid for by Richmond Fellowship

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

sorting out and replenishing art and craft equipment. Working with tenants and co-production leads to find out interests of the people we support, generate interest, support staff and service users in finding people in the community who would run a session to demonstrate particular skills.
To support people and staff in running and engaging with these sessions. To support people with displaying or exhibiting any work if desired. To give admin support in creating cross service activities.
