Swan Volunteers are a highly specialised team who provide support for patients, their families & carers, receiving end-of-life care on our wards. This role is both challenging and rewarding, involving supporting people who are often upset and distressed.

The Swan volunteers help to support staff and families at this important time to help patients and their loved ones choose how they wish to be cared for as they approach the end of their lives.

Areas of Interest: Families, Health and wellbeing, Hospitals, Men, Older people, Women
