Stalybridge CoderDojo Volunteer

Stalybridge CoderDojo are looking to recruit new volunteers to help with our monthly sessions for young people to learn Coding and Programming. We meet the first Saturday of each month at West Hill School from 10am to 1pm.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

A range of roles are available, Digital Mentors to support young people with Scratch, Python, building web pages, programming and working on projects devised by the young people.
Other roles include helping to set up the classroom and ensuring a safe and accessible place for young people to learn. Computer experience is not essential to volunteer with us, no special qualifications are needed. Come along and see the projects we are involved with and find out if this is for you.
