To provide reception duties at the Bridging Communities newly established Community Hub based with the Better Together Building (old M&S building on Yorkshire Street Rochdale )

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

The role is quite varied from providing reception duties such as answering queries and signposting. Ensure that the reception desk and client area is kept clean and presentable at all times. There will be elements of updating spreadsheets, helping people to register for courses that we provide, go on our waiting list.

Skill and Qualifications Required:

good grasp of English both spoken and written & intermediate computer skills being able to navigate between Microsoft Office and Google Docs
