Virtual Seated Exercise
We are looking to expand our services and offer virtual, seated exercise classes to some of our patients.
Do you know a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who may be able to support our Well Being Centre Patients, a couple of hours a week, on a voluntary basis?
There will be a maximum of 6 patients per session, running as a 6 week course per group. This will be an ongoing role.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:
Assess patients ability to perform and attend the sessions
Prepare class sessions to include warm up and cool down and relaxation
Demonstrate sessions virtually
Requirements: Relevant qualification or training
Skill and Qualifications Required:
Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who has experience of supporting exercise classes for functional fitness
Areas of Interest: Community, Health and wellbeing, Mental Health
