Volunteer Football Escort (Blackburn Rovers home matches)

Would you like to enjoy free Blackburn Rovers matches? We need a friendly, flexible volunteer who enjoys football to accompany one of our clients to and from Blackburn Rovers home matches at Ewood Park, Blackburn.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

• Pick our client up from our care home in Edenfield, Lancashire and take him to Ewood Park.
• Accompany our client into the football ground, watch the match with him, engaging by listening and talking to him.
• Return him to the care home after the match.
• Report back to the shift leader regarding the outing.

Requirements: Driving license
Skill and Qualifications Required:

Full driving license required.
You will be motivated to help vulnerable adults and disadvantaged groups to reach their own potential. You will have great interpersonal skills, be friendly, enthusiastic, a good communicator and non-judgemental.
