Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

To work with clients who are in financial difficulty;
with a straightforward computer application (Catalyst) to record information, help contact creditors, negotiate and act to mutual benefit.

Skill and Qualifications Required:

An interest in helping people in difficulty with their finances and who may also have other issues in their lives.
Be relatively comfortable with numbers.
Be relaxed, re-assuring and confident in providing advice and support.
Training is provided at all stages.
