Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and maintains a business-like image.
Getting the training room ready for staff training and meetings
Taking phone calls and messages.
Updating and reordering of stock and keeping stock room tidy.
Making and keeping a stock of new staff/ service user files
Any other tasks that are required from the Management Team
Has strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Can prioritise their workload and work independently
Has previous experience in a similar role
Has basic computer skills
Has an understanding, patient and helpful attitude towards our employees and service users
