Recruiting volunteers, looking after them and managing records. We currently have around 20 regular volunteers.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

Getting new volunteers for the foodbank.
Helping with the interview process.
Getting to know volunteers - what do they want out of foodbank, organise training and access.
Managing the documentation for volunteers - following up references, keeping records up to date

Skill and Qualifications Required:

Ability to implement the foodbank volunteer procedures
Able to respect volunteer confidentiality
Helpful if you have managed staff in the past
