Fundraising/Admin Assistant

To work as part of the fundraising team that helps Willow Wood Hospice raise much needed funds. You will be working as part of a team which includes the Head of Income Generation, fundraisers and the Database and Administration Supervisor.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

General administration duties
Computer based administration (Microsoft Office)
Fundraising database administration
Making/receiving telephone calls
Assisting fundraisers in the organising of fundraising events
Assisting fundraisers at community events
Community collection cans
Stall supervision (supervising stalls at community events)

Skill and Qualifications Required:

Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Good team working skills
Act as Hospice Ambassadors
Adhere to Willow Wood Hospice policies and guidelines
