Voluntary Telephone support (Women Volunteers Only)

(Women Volunteers Only) To provide wellbeing checks to our service users by telephone and communicate these updates to staff members. Opportunity to also assist staff members with facilitating virtual support groups to our clients

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

To provide wellbeing checks by telephone to our service users
To provide updates by telephone to staff members
Opportunity to also assist staff members with facilitating virtual support groups to our clients
To work within the agreed professional boundaries at all time

Skill and Qualifications Required:

A friendly, approachable and welcoming manner
Ability to use own initiative
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage their own wellbeing
Enjoys working as part of a team
Ability to work in accordance with the Safeguarding and Data Protection Policy
Enhanced DBS check will be completed
