Volunteer Van Drivers

We are looking for volunteer drivers to provide a service as part of a team and according to co-ordinated rota.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

Driving a Willow Wood Hospice vehicle within the Tameside area as directed by the Line Manager
Loading and unloading donated items from a vehicle
To attend Willow Wood induction training
Willow Wood Hospice hopes that you would be available to volunteer on a regular basis
Adhere to Willow Wood Hospice policies and guidelines

Requirements: Driving license
Skill and Qualifications Required:

An up to date driving licence with a copy given to the Community & Hospice Volunteer Manager annually
Good communication skills
To be empathetic and supportive
To work harmoniously with colleagues and other Volunteers
