Diversity Matters North West (DMNW) Ltd is looking for experienced and highly motivated candidates who share our values and ethos to join our expanding team working with minority communities to address inequalities in health and wellbeing, learning, employment and volunteering. These roles are on a sessional / casual basis to cover peaks in activities and staff leave.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced in asset-based community development work, passionate about social justice and have worked with women from ethnic minority communities where English is not their first language. You will be highly organised, have good IT literacy, excellent communicational and interpersonal skills and experienced in recruiting and supporting volunteers. You will have a good working knowledge of local services and worked collaboratively with other partners.
Contract: Sessional
Hours: Various (as and when required)
Salary: £9.95 – £11.28 per hour
Location: Tameside and surrounding areas
