Beatfreeks, the organisation behind West Midlands Youth Combined Authority, has just launched a new National Youth Trends report.
At the end of 2020, they asked thousands of Gen Zs across the UK what the most pressing social issue of 2020 was. Their answer wasn’t Covid-19 or climate change. It was Black Lives Matter. This report is about what young People of Colour across the country thought of representation in 2020, and how it could look in 2021.
