Rochdale and District Mind has ambitious growth plans for the next three years underpinned by its newly developed strategy, mission and values. The post holder is a key member of the Senior Management Team who will take the lead for strategic financial management of the organisation and is responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy to achieve its 3-year goals. The role will report to the CEO and along with the CEO and Operations Manager they will oversee the day to day running of the organisation and directly line manage five staff who lead on identified areas of growth.
This is a collaborative role and the ideal candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy. They will have inter-personal skills and be comfortable working closely with representatives from across the organisation as a key member of both the Senior Management team and the senior staffing team. They will represent Rochdale and District Mind, promoting its vision and mission and working with Mind in Greater Manchester partners, key stakeholders, and local communities.

It is seeking a candidate with significant strategic, business and leadership skills who can grow the organisation’s financial position and ensure that it is strategically well placed for the future.

Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary: £36,404 - Scale PO4-Point 44
Location: Rochdale and District Mind has a main base in Rochdale and outreach in Heywood and Middleton. The post holder will initially be based in Rochdale. They will be required to travel within and outside of the Borough as required.
Holidays: 25 days per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays.
Pension: Available with Now Pensions.
