Tameside Toy Appeal

Tameside Toy Appeal 2021. Every donation counts. A young boy holding a wrapped present.

Christmas will be a very difficult time this year for many families in Tameside, particularly those living in poverty. In response to these unprecedented times the Tameside Toy Appeal 2021 is needed now more than ever.

This year the appeal will run differently:

  • A team of volunteer Doorstep Elves and Sleigh Drivers will collect gifts from your doorstep and deliver to local families.
  • You can safely donate toys at one of our local drop-off points across Tameside. Our drop-off points are listed below.
  • You can donate online on our dedicated Just Giving Page.
  • You can help spread the word by sharing with family, friends, and colleagues using #TamesideToyAppeal

Watch our video to find out how you can support this year's appeal.

Donate new and unwrapped gifts for babies to 18 year olds. All gifts donated to the Tameside Toy Appeal will be given to Tameside children living in poverty. Every year we receive high demand for gifts for babies and teenagers, especially boys. Donate by Friday 10 December 2021. Our mission is for the 1 in 4 Tameside children living in poverty to receive a gift this Christmas. We cannot accept any second hand or soft toys.
