NICE publishes new guidelines on older people with learning disabilities

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, NICE Collaborating Centre for Social Care has looked at how people with learning disabilities can be helped to access a range of services as they grow older, so they can live healthy and fulfilled lives. The resulting guidance covers identifying changing needs, planning for the future, and delivering services including health, social care and housing.
