Do you want to work for a dynamic, creative, fast-paced charity?

At Action Together we see the amazing things people achieve when they work together to make the lives of others better. We connect people, charities, public agencies and businesses who want to do good stuff, help them to find the money they need and provide the practical support to get things going and keep them going.

Through developing effective relationships with a wide range of people (VCFSE, public sector partners and Action Together colleagues) you will tackle inequalities and develop work that strengthens social justice.

About You

You will be a strong communicator and an excellent listener who is passionate about the VCFSE sector and working with local people and organisations to strengthen communities.  You’ll have experience of building trusting relationships between different stakeholders and be an experienced facilitator who is able to confidently work through differences. You will have experience of working in the VCFSE sector (particularly small community led groups) and you will have a good understanding of community development and working in a way which actively promotes inclusion.
