Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind is recruiting a Listening Space Peer Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of innovative project to support those in need of somebody to listen too. The Listening Space is a drop-in service which provides a space for individuals struggling with their mental health to feel listened too and supported.
Located at our Oldham office, the Listening Space service will run out of hours from 5.30pm - 9pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, Fridays. It will also cover 9am - 4pm on Wednesdays. To ensure that it is available to offer this much needed service, it is seeking individuals that are available to work flexibly to support these individuals.
Contract type: Fixed Term
Working hours: 21 hours
Salary: £17,784 (pro rata)
Location: Oldham and Tameside
