Greater Manchester Autism Consortium has devised a short survey on post diagnosis in Greater Manchester as part of the work of the GM Autism Post Diagnosis working groups.
They would greatly appreciate support to share this survey widely so that they can understand what is currently being offered. The survey is open until 5pm on Friday 2 July.
