#EndChildFoodPoverty Website & New Food Support Map
The new #EndChildFoodPoverty website is part of Marcus Rashford’s campaign and will be launched on the 21st December. The website will feature a map which will allow people to find their nearest support from councils, local charities, food banks or other organisations helping to tackle hunger this winter. The launch will be in line with a documentary about Marcus Rashford’s campaign which will be watched by an estimated 8 million people. Kooth Oldham Parents and Carers Virtual Session
We are hosting an online session for parents and carers on Wednesday 13 January @ 1pm-2pm to offer support for mental health and well-being to Oldham's young people aged 11-25 years old.
The following virtual session will provide parents and carers with: An overview of Kooth and how we support yound people, a live demonstration of the services and any questions you want to know about Kooth.

REEL CIC - The Clothing Rack
REEL CIC is currently running a crisis clothing support in Oldham. It is able to provide clothing for 7 day's for adults and children. It also has a small stock of prams, baby items and toys. It has a selection of pre loved Children and adult's warm coats available. It aims to get the clothing within the week from receiving the referral but in urgent cases we can respond in 24hrs. Starling - Neurobeats
Neurobeats is a music workshop run by professional musicians for neurodivergent young people aged 13-25 in Oldham. Do you love making or listening to music? Fancy trying a new instrument or creating your own songs or beats? Or simply want to make friends and have fun? Neurobeats is a free project, offering weekly workshops in a range of musical activities. No experience needed, just an interest in music is all you need.
Workshops start from January - March, every Thursday, 4:30-6:30pm at the Salt Cellar, Oldham. To find out more, register your interest here

Army of Kindness

Aspire2Inspire Communities

Equal Education Chances are supplying tomatoes, parboiled rice, chicken, turkey, beef, spice, noodles, beverage, yam, plantain to people in need throughout the festive period. Please contact Mary on 0161 211 9016.

Middleton in Action Together
Providing a food parcel delivery, we are open as usual except for Christmas Day and New Years day for deliveries of food parcels to the Middleton Community. For more information please call Neil on 07568 765379.
Providing a weekday hot breakfast to homeless people, people with support needs and others with the opportunity to access support, advice and guidance on all issues.

The Prevention Team can support with accessing food parcels, information on food pantries and the options available to people who are able to pay for their food but unable to shop. Anyone supported to access food parcels and food pantries will also be supported to identify solutions to the issues they are facing around their finances in order to be more independent in different areas of their health and wellbeing. This includes accessing benefits and employment as well as things like being supported to resolve issues with housing, healthy lifestyles, better mental health and being able to use digital solutions.
