The Transformative Community Building programmes encourage people to see their unlimited potential and harness imaginative and creative ideas that lead to powerful change within individuals and neighbourhoods.

Their ethos is to harness the potential and spark imagination within neighbourhoods, by starting with the people who live there.

Roving Listeners are an integral part of neighbourhood transformation. Their purpose is to unleash the infinite potential of a place by connecting with people on a deep human level, sparking imagination through meaningful conversations that lead to inspired social action.

The Creative Women in Neighbourhoods workshop is based on more than two decades of experience of working across communities. "I want to say a big thank you for today and to let you know I have taken action and emailed Cathy at the centre in regards to me using the space to provide an afternoon tea experience for the local community on Mother’s Day. I will let you know how I get on."

"The big lesson I took away was how much energy I have been using second guessing ( allowing my press secretary to entertain me ) and that I can step into that part of me, my intuition which will guide me towards my goals and dreams if I allow it to. I know I can be successful in my business because now I believe I can be."

" It was definitely thought-provoking and left me feeling very positive about the future. I now feel empowered to do anything that I put my mind to and have been planning a menu for my cafe with my daughter and she has been looking at the interior design aspects and has set up a pinboard of ideas. It's feels great to be one step closer to fulfilling our dream."
