• Fishing Matches

    We have open fishing matches on a Friday open to members and non members. This is for more experienced fisher who already know how to fish. We only have toilet facilities available for female fishers. Senior member can bring children who are 14 years and above. People who want to get involved just need to turn up.

    We are a local fishing club with 2 ponds located on the playing fields off Smallshaw Lane,Ashton under Lyne. We are open 365 days a year from dawn until dusk. We accept members from all backgrounds and with disabilities. Membership is open to people over 16 years of age. We also offer free membership to members partners and children. The club offers access to open matches every Tuesday & Friday mornings and 4 charity matches held over the year. Our members meet on the first Tuesday in the month at The Nelson, Nook Lane, Ashton under Lyne at 8:00pm
