    The organisation is an Indian Community Centre is charity registered and own a building at 103 Union Road, Ashton. Serving the community in Tameside of Indian origin. Provide facilities to advance mother tongue teaching, social welfare, health and recreation activities, further religious activity from purpose made temple. Liaise with external bodies to impart knowledge for the benefit of the community.

    The organisation has a management structure. President, Secretary and Treasurer are the main office bearers and executive committee members up to 25 elected at the Annual General meeting. Committee meetings take place every month to discuss the progress, issues and forward planning.
