In July 2022 Greater Manchester’s Integrated Care Partnership (GM ICP) was formed. The partnership brings together all the different organisations which support people’s health and care - this includes commissioners and providers of services.
The partnership are putting together a five year plan for the health and care needs of the population across Greater Manchester. This plan will include actions to:
GM ICP would like to understand what matters most, to make sure the five year plan includes the needs of Greater Manchester’s people and communities. The 10 local Healthwatch in Greater Manchester have been asked to find out:
