NHS Tameside and Glossop Clinical Commissioning Group

End of an era

Tameside and Glossop CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) ceased to exist at the end of June 2022. It's functions have been taken over by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care.

Patients will continue to be supported by the same healthcare professionals in the same places, with the same choices.

Noah's A.R.T. Pets helping people

Noah's A.R.T.

Noah’s A.R.T. was founded in 2015 with a mission: to utilise the benefits of the human-animal bond to improve mental health and wellbeing in Greater Manchester.

One of the services available is a peer support group for adults in recovery from eating disorders. For more information see www.noahs-art.co.uk/peersupport

COVID-19

NHS England and NHS Improvement have written to the council and outlined plans for an autumn booster programme to increase population immunity and protection against severe COVID-19 disease, hospitalisation and death over the winter.
