Delays in non-urgent care survey

Closing soon!

Last chance to complete the survey, if you haven't already.

You were referred by your GP for treatment. The COVID-19 pandemic hit, and appointments were delayed, cancelled or not received. Have you been affected?

We want to hear about your experiences, to help us to influence how service providers catch up with these appointments.

The survey can be completed online at www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/share-your-views

Or if you prefer you can complete the survey over the phone. Give us a call on 0161 667 2526 and leave a message on the answerphone. We will call you back and complete the survey with you. If it isn't convenient when we call, we will arrange a more suitable time for us to call you again.

Thank you

Tameside Together Autistic social group

These are local Autistic people running a social group for people who identify as Autistic or are questioning if they may be Autistic, aged 18 and above.

First meeting - Monday 9 August 2022 from 2 - 4pm at The Together Centre – Birch Lane, Dukinfield - SK16 5AU

Meetings will be on the 2nd Monday of each month after this first meeting.

They understand that receiving an Autism diagnosis at any stage of life can be overwhelming and some people say life-changing. Many people have questions and nobody to ask. Many people have life experiences and face barriers that only another Autistic person would understand.

Go along and have a tea, coffee, or cold drink (free) with them or none if you prefer. You can have a chat or just be in their company - the choice is yours.
