New survey

We are running a series of surveys over the next few months, with each one open for about 6 weeks. A new one will open every 3 weeks or so, as an older survey closes. The first few questions on each survey will be about a specific topic, and the second part will provide a chance for you to feed back about health and care services you have used recently.

The new survey is asking for your views on COVID-19 Test and Trace. If you have been contacted by Test and Trace, how did it go? The online link to complete the survey is www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/test-and-trace-survey

This survey will close on 2 April 2021. As usual, if you, or someone you know, prefers to complete surveys on paper, or over the phone, please give us a call on 0161 667 2526. Our email address is info@healthwatchtameside.co.uk

Vaccination survey - What do you think about the COVID vaccination programme? If you have already completed this survey thank you. www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/healthwatch-tameside-vaccination-survey

Thank you for helping us, and please share the links with your friends.
