2021 GP patient survey

The 2021 GP Patient survey is now live. It is sent out to a targeted selection of patients nationally and assesses their experience of healthcare services provided by GP practices, including experience of access, making appointments, the quality of care received from healthcare professionals, patient health and experience of NHS services when their GP practice was closed.

Last year, almost 740,000 people gave feedback on around 6,800 GP practices across England. Due to changes made as a result of COVID-19, it is more important than ever that if you are selected to receive a survey, that you share your experiences of using local GP and health services.
