Relaunch of Healthwatch Tameside survey

Rules and guidance to keep us safe from COVID-19 are changing regularly. We now have Test and Trace. The NHS Test and Trace app will soon be available.

To keep up with these developments, we have changed the Healthwatch Tameside COVID-19 survey questions slightly.

What are your views?

Do you understand what is happening? What are your concerns? Are you able to get care for non-COVID medical issues? What is working well?

You can complete the survey online at www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/covid-19-survey or you can give us a call on 0161 667 2526. We can either post out a paper copy with a FREEPOST envelope, or give you a call back and complete the survey over the phone with you.

If you have already filled it in, but now have more to tell us about recent events, you can fill it in again.

We would love to hear from you. Thank you.

What is a support bubble?

There has been some confusion about support bubbles.

A support bubble is a close support network between a household with only one adult in the home (known as a single-adult household) and one other household of any size.

More details can be found at www.gov.uk/guidance/making-a-support-bubble-with-another-household

COVID-19 guidance - what can Tameside residents do?

Tameside has stricter restrictions about what residents can and can't do than some other places in England. This can change from week to week. To summarise, at the time this ebulletin is released:

There are exemptions to these rules, which can be found at www.gov.uk/guidance/north-west-of-england-local-restrictions-what-you-can-and-cannot-do

Here are some other trusted websites you can look at, to get information. If you can't find what you are looking for, give us a call on 0161 667 2526.
