Healthwatch Tameside COVID-19 survey

Have you completed our COVID-19 survey yet?

Question 3 asks "Has your mental health and wellbeing been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?" So far, 45% of respondents answered 'Yes' and 55% answered 'No'.

Let us know how you have been affected by completing the survey at www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/covid-19-survey

Please pass on the link to your friends and family. We know that discussions are starting about what the future 'normal' might look like. Tell us your views. The more voices we hear, the stronger our message to commissioners and providers of services can be.

Please get in touch on 0161 667 2526 or email info@healthwatchtameside.co.uk with contact details, (if you know someone who doesn't have access to the internet), and we will post a paper copy out, with a FREEPOST envelope.

Thank you.
