In this issue:
It's your NHS. Have your say. Have your say on the future of the NHS. Surveys - have you completed our survey(s) yet? The deadline is 26 April 2019. The NHS 10 year Long Term Plan was published in January. Healthwatch have been asked to find out what people think about ways to improve local NHS services. Your views matter. You can share your ideas with us by completing a survey at https://www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/ Paper copies of the surveys can be provided. There is a video to watch, with more information, on our website too. There are six long-term condition specific surveys, for people who have experience of using these services. These can also be found on our website https://www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/ Please complete one (or more) of these if they are relevant. Again, paper copies of the surveys can be provided. Focus groups We are holding small focus groups (for people with experience of using heart and/or lung services) to talk about what you would like to see considered in the local plans. These will be held on 17 and 26 April 2019. If you would like to join us, please see the attachment to this ebulletin for more details, or get in touch with us. Pharmacy opening hours during bank holidays
The Easter, May and August bank holiday list of pharmacy opening hours is now available on the GM LPC website This is the most up to date listing, but may be subject to change. Other pharmacies may be open, but have not notified NHS England GM office and are therefore not included in this list. Pharmacies have been advised to signpost patients to the next nearest available pharmacy, if they intend to close. Pharmacies have also been advised to publish their bank holiday hours on the NHS website (formerly NHS Choices).
