Consultations

Conditions for which over-the-counter items should not routinely be prescribed – NHS England consulted early this year on reducing the prescribing of over-the-counter medicines for minor, short-term health concerns. They have now published new guidance on conditions for which over the counter items should not routinely be prescribed in primary care. Before considering next steps and our response to the new NHS England guidance it is important to understand the potential impact of those changes on local people. The deadline for comments is 24 October 2018.

Contracting arrangements for Integrated Care Providers (ICPs) – NHS England are consulting on the contracting arrangements for Integrated Care Providers (ICPs). Closing date: 26 October 2018.
