The session on the Carers’ Hub, Rochdale is to find out more about the Carers’ Hub, our current offer, ways we support unpaid Carers and how to make a referral to our service. The Carers’ Hub supports both Young and Adult Carers throughout Rochdale who give unpaid help to a family member, friend or neighbour.
