First Health and Social Care Network of 2024

Tameside Health and Social Care Network is a new network which has been developed following the recent publication of the Tameside Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Locality Plan 2023-2028. Through this network we can help provide a detailed picture of the health and care needs of the local population, ensure that our service users interests are considered and that our VCFSE member organisations' expertise and diverse experience fully informs commissioning and strategy.
