Meet the Funder - Best Start for Life Community Funding Round 2 (Tameside only)

Registration is closed for this event
In Tameside, there is an ambitious plan for developments around parent–infant relationships and perinatal mental health support (PPIMH) for parents / carers with mild to moderate mental health needs or who would benefit from universal parent-infant support. This funding aims to empower voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCFSE) groups to offer or grow their mental health support and services for families in pregnancy and the first two years of a child’s life, to compliment the core services and ensure a strong network of support across the neighbourhoods. Organisations can apply for a microgrant of up to £1,000 or a small grant of up to £10,000. A member of the Best Start For Life PPIMH Steering Group will deliver the webinar explaining the background of the funding, priorities for the funding programme, the application process, and the outcomes expectations. There will also be a chance for organisations to ask questions.
