Volunteer Manager Civi Database Training

Post Christmas we are going to be asking volunteer managers to advertise their own roles themselves on our website using your volunteer manager account, this is your responsibility as a volunteer manager to do this. This session will be a step by step guide on how to use the Civi Volunteering system, we will show you how to put your volunteering roles on, how to take them off if no longer available, how to view volunteers details who express an interest in your role through our website and how to update the status of each volunteer. We ask you to bring a laptop / tablet with you, so you can have a go whilst on the training and we will be able to answer any questions / queries you have..

The system is really effective in getting volunteers and we will show you how to maximise your advert.
