Tameside Safeguarding Children Partnership's Virtual Learning Programme

Tameside Safeguarding Children Partnership are pleased to announce that further Multi-Agency Virtual Webinar type courses associated with Safeguarding Children have been scheduled to take place between September & November 2021.
  1. Working Together to Safeguard Children – Virtual Foundation Course (2 courses). Between 10am & 12.30pm 14th September 2021 & 9th November 2021. Zoom meetings. Blended learning; mandatory e-learning required, further information available upon booking.
  2. Virtual Domestic Abuse awareness (2 courses). Between 10am & 12noon 16th September 2021 & 25th November 2021. Zoom meetings.  Blended learning; mandatory e-learning required, further information available upon booking.
  3. Virtual Neglect Training (2 courses). Between 10am & 12.30pm 21st September 2021 & 23rd November 2021. Zoom meetings.  Blended learning; mandatory e-learning required, further information available upon booking.
  4. Understanding Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) (2 courses), between 10am & 12noon 28th September 2021 & 10am & 12noon 18th November 2021. Microsoft Teams meetings. Please note that Police Officers are asked to not participate in this training in view of specific responsibilities & separate training required.
  5. Virtual Refresher Training in Child Protection – Keeping in Touch (1 course), between 10am & 12.30pm 5th October 2021. Zoom meeting.
  6. Virtual Professional Challenge Course (1 course), between 10am & 12.30pm 7th October 2021. Zoom meeting.
  7. Safeguarding children and parental mental health virtual course (1 course), between 10am & 12.30pm 12th October 2021. Zoom meeting.
  8. Safeguarding Vulnerable Teenagers: Making a connection using trauma informed practice, virtual training (1 course), between 10am & 12.30pm 19th October 2021. Zoom meeting.
  9. Virtual Multi-Agency Early Help Assessment Training (1 course), between 9am & 4pm 20th October 2021. Zoom meeting

Bookings for all courses are via TSCP individual learner accounts, those who don’t have an account will have to create one. Guidance for creating accounts & bookings can be found at here.

 

Access to most events will be facilitated by Zoom meeting software and guidance enabling participants to join relevant events will be provided via a link within formal invitations.
