Introduction to Trustee Roles and Responsibilities - Part 1

Action Together are offering Part 1 of the Introduction to Trustee Roles and Responsibilities training session to those who are thinking of becoming a Trustee, or are a Trustee who would like to understand more about what their role entails and how to carry it out to the best of their ability.

Part 1 of the training will cover: 

  • The roles and responsibilities of being a charity trustee
  • The qualities, skills and knowledge needed to be an effective trustee
  • How to get the best out of your committee meetings

Please note that this is a two-part training course - participants must attend both sessions to complete the course and receive a certificate of completion. Part 2 will be held on Wednesday 10th November at 5pm - 7.30pm and can be accessed here.

You will need to register to attend the training session and there are a limited number of places available. The sessions will be delivered online via the Zoom platform and login details will be sent one day before the session to registered participants.
