#WednesdaysWeekly - Sustaining your charity: principles and practices
The workshop begins by reframing the commonest sustainability challenges as a set of paradoxes that everyone can recognise and do something about. After introducing five simple principles, participants will have the chance to identify the practices that can be adopted in their own charities. The workshop concludes with a short overview of the Lasting Difference toolkit and the five capabilities of sustainable organisations:
- Income generation
- Impact measurement
By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
- Broadened their understanding of sustainability
- Identified ideas for improving their charity’s sustainability
- Benefited from sharing learning among supportive peers.
