Safeguarding Adults Alerter Training - Online
Action Together are offering this course for staff and volunteers of VCFSE organisations who work with vulnerable adults and want to improve their knowledge and practices around safeguarding adults from harm and abuse.
The course will cover:
- The ten different types of abuse and describe what constitutes abuse
- Signs and Symptoms of adult abuse
- Your specific role in responding to concerns, disclosure and allegations of abuse
- When, how, and whom to report suspected abuse to
You will need to register to attend the training session. It will be via the Zoom platform, and login details will be sent one day before the session to registered participants.
