GM Moving Local Pilot: Failsworth 'Ideas Factory'

Registration is closed for this event
Help develop ideas to support people in Failsworth to be more physically active.

The GM Moving Local Pilot is part of a city-wide programme aiming to increase physical activity by working alongside communities and people in target areas.

This online 'Ideas Factory' event is for residents, community groups, Council service staff and anyone from across Failsworth who wants to get involved. We'll be looking to come up with some projects that can help people get more physically active in Failsworth around a few key challenges or priorities. We'll be inviting anyone with an idea to contribute, and allocating budget against those that come out as the top priorities.

Ahead of the event, we'd like your help to suggest challenges and ideas, as well as vote on what the priorities should be. Go to tricider.com/brainstorming/34u05nIon0N now to contribute.

At the Ideas Factory, we'll be:

  • Picking out the top challenges and responses
  • Developing the best ideas to respond to them
  • Identifying what's needed to make them happen
  • Allocating money against the top ideas
