VIVA: Volunteer Coordinators’ Forum

Involving Volunteers Safely

This Volunteer Coordinators’ Forum is in partnership with Volunteer Centres across Greater Manchester. It is being led by Salford CVS and is open to organisations working in any of the boroughs in Greater Manchester.

Risk Assessments are key to reopening services and to ensure risks are considered for staff and volunteers. During this session we will share our Covid 19 Individual Risk Assessment Toolkit and Self-Assessment Tool that provides guidance to completing assessments for staff and volunteers.

The aim of the session is to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake individual risk assessments for your volunteers.

Please note this training does not cover buildings or dynamic assessments.

There will be a chance for everyone to meet other Coordinators and share updates. We will have breakout rooms where you can share updates and network with other organisations.

Venue: Online via Zoom. The login code will be sent to you before the event.

If you would like to come along, please book by clicking here.
